"Guess Who's Coming to Dinner": Food and Hospitality in Contemporary Art and Exhibitions in Asia and Beyond

弗朗西斯・馬拉維拉斯（ Francis Maravillas ）以「誰來晚餐：亞洲及其他地區的當代藝術與展覽中的食物與待客」（"Guess Who's Coming to Dinner": Food and Hospitality in Contemporary Art and Exhibitions in Asia and Beyond）為題，檢視近年來與日俱增的策展、藝術與食物的連結，提出幾個他研究中的核心問題與觀察；他以德希達的「待客」（hospitality）作為關鍵詞，透過討論以印尼為基地的荷蘭藝術家Mella Jaarsma的食物表演（food performances），探索藝術行動中倫理、政治與待客的問題。
