摘要
愛德華多.卡茨(Eduardo Kac,1962-)[1],以電訊互動、網路裝置與基因轉植藝術創作成爲應用科技技術創作的先驅者。卡茨在作品中,提出有趣的觀點與對科技的省思。當人類透過科技,超越時空的藩籬,形塑出一種新的生存方式,然而生物主體卻在科技中被重新裝配、擴張、運輸與移動,此一新的生存狀態是一種遊移於真實與虛擬之中的模糊感知,讓人類藉由科技義肢的擴張[2],模糊存在於新的疆界裡。本文將由愛德華多‧卡茨作品中所呈現的模糊特徵,談科技藝術創作中,所呈現的模糊特質。

Abstract
As an internationally recognized artist, Eduardo Kac utilizes telecommunication, interactive and biotelematic to create art. He concerns the philosophical and ethic issue about technology impact. He reminds us the new formula of living form and reconstruct of intention of physical material. Being have recourse to technical prostheses to expands capability, but also exist as ambiguous figure in the new boundary. The article will discuss the fuzzy characteristic reveal from Kac's art works.
